LIONS ADULT DAY PROGRAMS
Our adult day program consists of planned activities designed to promote well-being through social, mental and recreational services. The day program will focus on enriching the participants’ lives and building their skills, knowledge, and unique abilities and strengths, all in a fun, enjoyable way!

PHYSICAL FITNESS
You’ll have the opportunity to use the walking track that has a continuous handrail. Trained staff are in attendance at all times.
Staff also provide a variety of in chair exercises.

MENTAL FITNESS
A variety of games, discussion groups and educational opportunities are provided based on input and suggestions from Day Club members.

NUTRITION
A warm muffin and coffee/tea awaits your arrival to club.
The delicious lunch includes soup, a hot entrée and dessert.

MEMBERSHIP FEE
$18.88 per day.

This social day program for seniors is funded by Manitoba Health and sponsored by Lions Housing Centres.
